We are excited to offer some exiting new options for CALCON 2014! 2013 taught us a lot about how to mix things up and get inspired, in 2014 we are hoping to carry forward that inspiration with more sessions and a brand new track approach that we hope will organize the conference program in a way that will be easy to navigate and offer a lot of value! This page will be updated with information throughout the year as things are booked and confirmed. For now, we will have some general information that we hope will get you pumped about CALCON 2014!

Conference Schedule: on track!

In 2014, the CAL Conference Planning Committee is planning to organize the selected program submissions into tracks. The hope is that we will have the opportunity to better organize the conference content, offer a wider variety of choice and topics, and allow CAL to better target the individual needs of the members in ways that create a rich, layered and energizing experience for attendees.

The conference schedule posted here is only a draft, designed to give us a place to start. It may change based on the number of submissions we receive or our need to make adjustments once submissions have been accepted. We plan to be able to finalize the schedule in June 2014 and will post the accepted submissions, keynotes, and other program details as they are finalized.

Conference Programs:

Submissions will be accepted from (Mid-January) to (Mid-March) 2014. Please fill out the submission form here. Submissions will be reviewed by each Association in April, they will be selecting up to 8 programs that target their membership specifically. Then the remaining submissions will be considered for the remaining open spots. All submitters will be notified by the end of May about the Program Selection Subcommittee’s decisions.

Conference General Sessions: keynotes and more!

General Sessions are in the process of being booked between January and May. More information will be posted as speakers and presentations are finalized!
