Discount Information

MPLA Members & CAL Institutional Member Library Staff who do NOT have individual CAL memberships are eligible to receive $50 off non-member full conference registration.

Group registrations for 10 or more full conference attendees registering together from the same institution are eligible for a 10% discount.

Multiple discounts may not be combined, but a discount may be applied to an early bird rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY: CALCON attendee registrations may be transferred to another member from the same organization for the same type of ticket at any time without fees. Registration cancellation requests must be submitted via email to cal@cal-webs.org. Full refunds minus 10% of the registration cost are available through September 12, 2023. From September 13, 2023, through September 30, 2023, 50% refunds will be offered. Cancellations after September 30, 2023, are not eligible for a refund.
