What are the CALCON13 Dates? CALCON13 is from 8:30 am on Thurday, October 17th through 5:30 pm on Saturday, October 19th.

 

What is the CALCON13 location? We will be at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Center in Loveland, CO.  Hotel rates and information on making reservations are on the Hotel & Location Information page under the "About" flyout menu.

 

Do I have to attend all 3 days? No, you can register for the Full Conference or One Day Only. Go to the "Register" page to view the pricing and options.

 

What is the dress code? The dress code for the conference is business casual. Please remember to wear comfortable shoes as the conference center is large and bring a light sweater or jacket to layer up as meeting rooms can be cool.

When is the Awards Presentation?  We are no longer having a separate ticketed Awards Banquet event.  The Awards presentation will now be during lunch on Friday and is included with Full Conference and Friday Only registration options.

 

Can I attend just the Awards Luncheon? Yes, you can register for an Awards Luncheon Only conference registration.

 

Can I buy a guest ticket for the Awards Luncheon? Yes, additional tickets may be purchased under "Optional Items" on your conference registration.

 

What is the Friday Night Party Event? This event is included with Full Conference and Friday Only registrations.  It will be a true party event from 8:30 pm - 12 Midnight.  There will be entertainment/music, dancing, cash bar, etc.  The Friday Night Party is your chance to have blow off some steam and have a good time with your fellow CALCON attendees.  The event will be Steampunk themed and costumes are encouraged!

 

How much do Pre-Conference Workshops cost? Thursday morning programs are now included in your registration at no additional cost.

 

Is lunch provided on Thursday? No, lunch is on your own Thursday.  Traditional programs will end at 11:30 am and you will have an extended break for lunch from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm, with onsite and nearby dining options.  (At 1:30 pm the CALCON13 Kickoff Session will begin!)
