Scott Lupo is the HR generalist at Anythink Libraries and helped the library in its transition from a skills-based to a competencies-based organization. In his role at Anythink, he conducts trainings and helps infuse play, creativity and optimism into Anythink’s culture. He was also one of the organizers of R-Squared – The Risk & Reward Conference and its popular Culture Experience. Lupo has experience in human resources, operations, customer service, and organizational development in a variety of industries including food and beverage, big-box retail, and libraries. He has a passion for developing employees, building strong relationships, and creating warm, friendly and fun working environments where everybody can reach their full potential.
