Jenny Briggs - Cultural Curator, Director, Compass, Missionary.  Jenny leads a team of amazing people whose work focuses on all things Coworkers and Culture including organizational development, leadership development, safety/risk management, communication, payroll, benefits, compensation, recruiting, staffing, perks, events and of course – fun! Jenny joined the New Belgium team in May 2004 and has 15 years of human resource experience in the industries of construction and communications for both private and publicly held companies. A mentor once taught her to never let a rule get in the way of making a good decision and she strives to make this a guiding principal. She brings a non-traditional viewpoint of relying primarily on values and communication. She is actively involved in the ESOP community and enjoys the rewards of working in an open book, open communication company. She holds a B.S. in Community Health Education and is actively pursuing a Graduate degree in Organizational Leadership and Enterprise Project Management. Certifications include GPHR, SPHR, and certificated health educator.
