REGISTRATION PRICING & INFORMATION

 

For the 2016 Conference, we have taken great care to keep pricing at last year's level. There should be no surprises here. You may notice a couple of new options.

 

Loyalty Rate

This rate is for those members who have attended the conference in the past and know that they are going to get a great experience filled with amazing programs and keynotes. This rate only runs until June 1st, so don't miss out!

 

New Daily Rate Options

We heard from members about the need for more options for attendance/registration. We hope this new "a la carte" option responds to this need.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Substitutions, made in writing, are welcome at any time. Requests for conference registration cancellations must be made in writing and submitted to Amanda Rewerts at cal@cal-webs.org, fax (303-458-0002) or mailed (CAL, 12011 Tejon Street, Suite 700 Westminster, CO 80234) by Sept. 13th, 2016. Conference cancellation requests received on or before Sept. 13, 2016 will result in a full refund less a $50 processing fee. No phone cancellations will be accepted. There will be absolutely no refunds for cancellations submitted after Sept. 13, 2016. Refunds will be processed after the conference.  

 

Special accommodations: The Colorado Association of Libraries has a limited budget for special accommodation requests for this event. The budget will be distributed equally among all persons requesting special assistance. Requests must be made in writing to cal@cal-webs.org by August 31, 2016. Requestor is responsible for confirming the receipt of their request before August 31, 2016.
